Designed tomeet the demands of challenging financial landscapes ECLIPSE® can be deployed throughout the UK; results are monitored and controlled centrally via 3G encrypted video transitions at our operations centre or mobile units if a rapid response to an event is required.

Live and historical recordings are reviewed centrally to support case specific escalation protocols. The deployment of ECLIPSE® and subsequent evidential procedures are governed by a strict code of conduct ensuring legal and ethical compliance; end reports and DVD evidence are produced to CPR standards.

Following consultation with a wide selection of clients, CSB introduced its innovative Lifestyle Surveillance® service, in 2011 and has consistently achieved higher levels of success compared to the conventional approach to surveillance.

The premise of this product concentrates on shifting the emphasis from rigid observation periods, to our skilled investigators using initiative based on field expertise and ground intelligence.

This bespoke service, combiningmanned and remote controlled static unmanned surveillance techniques is driven by the attributes and logistical requirements of each individual case.

A flexible and intelligence lead approach increases the opportunity of targeting surveillance during periods when a subject ismost likely to be active, with evening and weekend observations being undertaken as a matter of course. A minimum average of twenty four hours surveillance is dedicated to every case, generally over a three or four day period; our statistics demonstrate that meaningful video evidence is achieved in 98% of referrals within this Lifestyle Surveillance® service.
